Can I return my order if I’m not happy?
Yes within 7 days of delivery and you will be refunded within 24-48 hours after we have received it. Please note, if 7 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
Shipping is not refunded and there is a flat fee of 20% deducted per return.
All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. NO RETURNS on any framed prints or sizes 24x36 and larger as these are special order.
IMPORTANT: You must get in touch with us to let us know you are sending the item back so we can give the correct address to return it to.
How soon does my item ship?
Please see individual listings for this information as different products require different production times. LARGE PRINTS: Sizes 24x36 and up can take longer in production
Choosing a shipping upgrade does not change the production time of your order.
What if my item arrives damaged in the post?
Please let me know as soon as possible (within 2 days of receiving) and provide a photo or two of the damage including the packaging. I will then get another sent out to you free of charge.
What if my item is returned to sender?
If it is my fault then the item is reshipped to you at no extra cost.
If you have given me the wrong details (name or address) then there will be a reshipping fee.

Add 2 prints to your shopping cart and simply put a note in the message box at checkout telling us which print you would like as your FREE one (please include the link). Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska
Unfortunately I have to add a surcharge when shipping to these two places.
When purchasing please choose the 'shipping upgrade' at checkout and choose 'shipping to Hawaii & Alaska'. This will apply the correct shipping charge to your order.
Can I have print in a different font or style than your listing
Yes you can, BUT, only if it is agreed before you buy or if you buy one our custom listings, in which case you can choose whatever you like. Sometimes we can make small adjustments without extra charge but if we have to make a whole new print then this is usually a custom listing. It's always best to inquire first to avoid disappointment.

Can I personalize a Print?
Yes! You can have a name or a name and date added to any of our prints. If you don't see that option on the print you want to buy please message us and ask for it to be added.
We will use the same font as the print unless you ask for a different one.
There is a $5 extra charge for this.

Where Do Your Items Ship From?
We use professional photography labs to print all our products. Unframed prints ship from the USA and UK.
Framed prints, mugs, tote bags and throw pillows ship directly from the printers to your home and are sent from the USA and from Latvia. Please feel free to check with us before purchase as to where your item is coming from.
Please check you give the correct delivery address upon ordering, as we can not be held responsible should deliveries go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you would like it to be shipped to a different address, such as for a gift, please make sure that you change the address before checkout so that we have the correct address to send it to straight away.
If you have supplied the incorrect address as long as you message within an hour or two of buying we should be able to change it for you. If we have already processed your order though unfortunately, we will not be able to.
