Refund policy

Every print here is made just for you when you order it, which is why I'm not able to accept returns. But please don't let that worry you. If something isn't right with your order, write to me straight away at georgia@bookquotedecor.com and we will sort it out together. I want these words hanging happily on your wall, not sitting in a tube making you cross.

Damages and issues
Have a look at your print as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, let me know right away and I'll make it right. I'll ask you for a photograph of the problem and one of the packaging it arrived in, only because the printer and the courier need them before they'll put things right at their end. Once I have those, you won't have to chase anything; I'll take it from there.
